5.  Host sites or softwares that cause overloads on our network or systems or hardware that we provided to you as a part of the services.
6.  Host or use illegal software, or violate and/or use and/or publish and/or host licensed software.
7.  Host or use fishing websites, fraud software or submit any fraud activities.
8.  Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity.
9.  Sending illegal emails or engages in any activity known or considered to be spamming or mail bombing.
10.  Violates the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar legislation.
