<strong>Passive port range 30000 35000<\/strong>, so we have to allow those port range from <i><b>configserver <\/b><\/i>by allowing <b>TCP_IN<\/b> , follow one of these two ways:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"li1\">From your\u00a0<b>WHM Home\u00a0\u00bbPlugins\u00a0\u00bbConfigServer Security &amp; Firewall ,<\/b>\u00a0Allow incoming TCP ports on\u00a0<b>TCP_IN\u00a0<\/b>=\u00a0then<b>\u00a0<\/b>add the following port range 30000:35000 and press\u00a0<b>Change<\/b>\u00a0Button, and CSF will ask for restart the configserver to take effect , Click\u00a0<b>Restart Csf+ldf<\/b>\u00a0button, then you will be able to connect to your FTP site without any issue.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Or you can do the following step:<br \/><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li1\">Login to the server via SSH as root.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Edit \/etc\/csf\/csf.conf and look for the line that begins with:\u00a0TCP_IN<\/li><li class=\"li1\">add 30000:35000 to TCP_IN section.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Run csf -r to reload the config in the live firewall.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
